Using Zucchini as the base instead of chickpeas makes a lighter, smoother variation of an old favorite. Ingredients:
1 zucchini, peeled and chopped |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/2 tsp sea salt |
3/4 tsp cumin |
1 clove garlic, crushed (optional) |
1/2 cup raw tahini ( amt seems high) |
raw sesame seeds, ground (as needed to thicken) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in Vita-mix and blend completely. |
