These are great for the trail. Active time: 20 minutes Inactive time: 1hr:30 minutes Ingredients:
trail mix |
1 c. mix of (equal parts if you like) |
brazil nuts |
almonds |
pecans |
sunflower seeds |
walnuts |
raisins |
sticky stuff |
1 c. raisins |
1/4 c. agave nectar |
1/4 c. date sugar |
1 c. sunflower seeds |
1/2 c. sesame seeds. |
for end |
unsweetened coconut flakes |
Directions:
1. Add the Trail mix 2. Blend in food processor til mixed and chopped well. 3. Add Sticky stuff 4. Process until well mixed/chopped. Roll into balls and roll in shredded coconut. Put in fridge to harden. |
