From RAWvolution. Yesterday was my second day of eating only raw food and I had this sauce with Zucchini Pasta. The book says it can also be served with raw cheese sticks and pizzas. Yum! / Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups blended tomatoes (2-3 medium tomatoes) |
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons nama shoyu |
2 tablespoons chopped yellow onions |
3 garlic cloves, peeled (i only used two as i was afraid the taste would be too strong) |
1 cup sun-dried tomato |
1 pinch sea salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. |
