A creamy vanilla milkshake that is dairy free. Easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
2 bananas, frozen
2 -3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean, seeds of
2 -3 cups almond milk or 2 -3 cups water
2 tablespoons raw agave nectar
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until creamy and smooth, adding enough almond milk (or water) for your preferred consistency.
2. It's easy to make variations of this recipe.
3. Chocolate Milkshake - add 3 tsp of carob or cacao powder to the vanilla milkshake.
4. Strawberry - Add 1 cup of Strawberries or other berry.
5. Extra Creamy - add 1 cup of cashews.
