RAW VEGAN VERSION OF SPANISH SCRAMBLED EGGS,,YUMMMY!!
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup green onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Directions:
1. SOAK NUTS & SEEDS OVER NIGHT. RINSE AND DRAIN THEN BLEND WITH TURMERIC, SALT & PEPPER. FOLD IN CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS & TOMATOES.
