I got this idea from Mark's Daily Apple Blog - he wrote a great cookbook called Primal Eating. Ingredients:
2 bananas, ripe |
1 egg |
6 tablespoons organic peanut butter |
2 -3 teaspoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Mash the bananas, add the egg and mix well. 2. Stir in the peanut butter. 3. Add the sugar. 4. Eat immediately or chill. |
