6 tomatoes |
1 avocado |
3 carrots |
2 stalks celery |
2 ounces dried tomatoes |
8 dates |
1/2 onion |
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
2 tablespoons tamari |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
4 tablespoons fresh basil |
2 garlic cloves |
1 red chili pepper |
Directions:
1. Roughly chop tomatoes, avocado, carrots, and celery. Put everything in the blender and blend to a thick sauce. |
