Raw Lemon Miso Salad

Ingredients:
4 -5 cups mixed greens (i like spinach)
2 -3 summer squash, chopped into thin strips
1/2 avocado
1 tablespoon unpasteurized miso
1 -2 garlic clove, minced (optional)
1/2 lemon, juice of
1/2 stevia, packet
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Place everthing in a large bowl and massage with hands until creamy.
2. Stir in favorite raw veggies (chopped mushrooms, tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots, jicama, etc.).
3. Enjoy!
