Ingredients:
4 -5 cups mixed greens (i like spinach) |
2 -3 summer squash, chopped into thin strips |
1/2 avocado |
1 tablespoon unpasteurized miso |
1 -2 garlic clove, minced (optional) |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1/2 stevia, packet |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Place everthing in a large bowl and massage with hands until creamy. 2. Stir in favorite raw veggies (chopped mushrooms, tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots, jicama, etc.). 3. Enjoy! |
