Raw vegan ketchup recipe, from Ani's Raw Food Kitchen. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes |
3 tablespoons dates (do not soak) |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato (dry-do not soak) |
Directions:
1. Blend everything in the blender except the sun dried tomatoes. 2. Add the sun dried tomatoes blend until you get a ketchup consistency. |
