1 bunch kale, thick stems removed and remaining leaves julienned |
1 bunch cilantro, chopped |
1-2 large carrots, shredded |
1 garlic clove, minced |
juice from 1/2 lemon |
3 t olive oil |
dash soy sauce |
Directions:
