this is one of the recipes of my MIL which dh is crazy about!...egg is an optional thing...goes well with wheat bread...we have it with roti(chapatis) as a side dish! Ingredients:
2 cups very finely chopped garlic sprouts (leaves and a little part of the white garlic) |
1 egg |
1 medium potato, boiled and skin peeled off |
1 tablespoon oil |
salt |
Directions:
1. in a plate mix together with the palm of your hand all the ingredients into a paste form. 2. Done! 3. (if using egg then heat the mixture on a very low flame till the mix turns to whitten from the bottom- or till the eggs get lighhtly cooked!). |
