From the yahoo group files - uses dehydrator. Ingredients:
2 cups sprouted oats |
1 cup dates (soaked in water for 1 hour) |
1 cup raisins (soaked in water for 1 hour) |
1 tablespoon nutmeg and cinnamon |
1 dash orange juice |
1 dash anjou pear, bragg amino acid |
Directions:
1. Homogenize the entire ingredient until they are smooth. Spread on tray, make it 1/2 thick and dehydrate for 18 hours. |
