A recipe from the raw diet, adapted from the book Rejuvenate your life by Serene Allison Ingredients:
1/2 large red bell pepper |
1/4 cup water |
1 cup raw cashews |
1 tablespoon tahini (peanut butter will work) |
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast |
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
1 garlic clove |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until creamy. Add more water if dip is too thick. This recipe is very forgiving and very customizable. |
