This satisfies my chocolate milk craving but is healthier. I buy raw milk at the health food store. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons filtered water, scalding |
1 tablespoon carob powder (or to taste) |
1 -2 teaspoon agave nectar |
1 cup chilled raw milk |
Directions:
1. Place carob powder in bottom of a glass or ceramic mug. Pour scalding water on top and stir well with fork until mixture is smooth. Add agave nectar and stir until smooth. 2. Add a little raw milk and blend well. Pour in rest of milk. Blend and enjoy. |
