seedless watermelon |
bananas |
strawberries |
squirt of lemon or lime juice (totally optional) |
Directions:
1. Take one seedless watermelon and cut it into the shapes you want to serve your guests. Take enough bananas and strawberries and blend until you’ve got an icing. You might have to add more bananas if the icing is too thin. Then assemble your cake by using the banana-strawberry icing, and your watermelon as you would any layer cake!
2. Serve immediately or keep all ingredients really chilled.
