Use crisp apples for this (organic gala or pink lady apples are my personal favorites). Sometimes I eat this plain or mix in some coconut cream concentrate, available . I also like to vary the spices (pumpkin pie spice, cardamom, etc.). Ingredients:
2 organic apples |
1 dash pumpkin pie spice |
3 -5 drops lemon juice (optional) |
Directions:
1. Coarsely grate the apples (I don't peel them if they are organic). 2. Sprinkle with spice of your choice. 3. Add a few drops of lemon juice if desired. 4. Enjoy! |
