Good for replacing traditional cheese in salads and sandwiches, also tasty on crackers! Won't fool you into thinking it's 'real' cheese though ;) Enjoy for it's own unique taste. Ingredients:
1 cup ground almonds |
4 teaspoons water |
1 teaspoon minced green onion |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast |
1/4 teaspoon sea salt |
1 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
Directions:
1. Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency is reached. |
