A nice way to dress up store bought ravoli. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
3/4 cup chopped green pepper |
1 ounce deli ham, chopped |
3 cups spaghetti sauce |
3/4 cup water |
1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese, ravoli |
4 ounces shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper, and ham over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, and drain. 2. Stir in spaghetti sauce, and water and bring to a boil. 3. Add ravoli, reduce heat , cover and simmer for 7-9 minutes or until ravoli is tender, stirring once. 4. Sprinkle cheese. Simmer uncovered 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. |
