Ravioli With Spicy Cauliflower |

From Real Simple February 2010. Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, coarsely chopped |
2 cloves garlic, sliced |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
olive oil |
salt |
1 packed cheese ravioli (16-18 oz) |
3/4 cup pitted green olives, halved |
1/4 cup reserved pasta water |
Directions:
1. Cook ravioli according to packaged directions. 2. In a large skillet, cook the cauliflower, garlic and red pepper flakes in oil over medium heat until the cauliflower is tender and brown, 10-15 minutes. Season with salt. 3. Mix in the ravioli, olives, and pasta water. |
