Ravioli With Brown Butter and Sage |

From Real Simple February 2010. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup pine nuts |
1/3 cup sage |
1 (16 -18 ounce) package cheese ravioli |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook ravioli according to package directions. 2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add pine nuts and sage and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sage is crisp and the butter and pine nuts are browned (but not burned), 6-8 minutes. 3. Mix in the ravioli; season with salt and pepper. |
