Add some steamed broccoli and a loaf of garlic bread, and dinner is on the table in no time. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
1 pound ground beef |
salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 (14-ounce) jar tomato sauce, divided |
1 (40-count) package ravioli, cooked, divided |
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet, heat olive oil. Add garlic. Sauté until golden. Add ground beef, salt to taste and pepper. Cook until ground beef is done. 2. Spoon small amount of tomato sauce on bottom of baking dish. Layer 1/3 of ravioli, half of ground beef mixture and 1/3 of remaining tomato sauce. Repeat layering. Layer remaining ravioli and remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake until warm and bubbly. |
