A very smooth sauce. Keeps good in fridge. I made this one day for a treat, now it's considered a staple . Tastes SO good!! Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup evaporated milk |
1/2 cup light corn syrup |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In saucepan melt butter and chocolate.
2. Add sugar, ev.
3. milk, corn syrup, and vanilla.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Boil for 1 1/2 minutes.
6. Remove from heat.
7. Let cool about 10 minutes.
8. serve over ice cream.
