It's good, healthy and liked by children very much. It can be made ocassionally and it comes from an old tradition society. PLEASE try it and EXPERIENCE!! Ingredients:
1 cup rava (suji) |
1 cup grated coconut |
1 cup powdered sugar |
2 teaspoons ghee |
dried fruits |
1 teaspoon cardamom, ground (elaichi powder) |
Directions:
1. Take a frying pan. 2. Add 2 teaspoon ghee. 3. Add 1 cup rava (suji). 4. Fry it till 5 minutes with low flame. 5. Add 1 cup grated coconut. 6. Add 1 cup sugar powder. 7. Add dry fruits (according to your wish). 8. Add elaichi powder. 9. Mix it well. 10. After that make small ladoos (muffins). |
