Steamed idly made of spiced sooji Ingredients:
250 grams semolina |
1/2 cup curd |
1 tsp lentils |
1/4 tsp mustard |
2 tsp cayenne pepper |
1/4 tsp ginger |
1 salt to taste |
1/2 tsp sunflower oil |
2 tbsp cilantro |
1 pinch of baking soda |
