A nice versatile yogurt shake! Very simple to make and it tastes very good! Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice |
1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt or 1 1/2 cups raspberry yogurt |
3 cups fresh raspberries or 3 cups frozen raspberries |
2 teaspoons white sugar or 2 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. 2. Enjoy! |
