Wonderful white chocolate chi-raspberry muffins Ingredients:
1c milk |
1/2c butter,melted |
1 egg |
1c all purpose flour |
1/3c sugar |
2tsp. baking powder |
1tsp salt |
1c fresh or frozen raspberries |
1/2c white chocolate baking chips |
topping |
1/4c butter,melted |
1/4c granulated sugar |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 2. Combine milk,butter, and egg in large bowl. Add all remaining muffin ingredients except raspberries,stir till moistened. Gently stir in raspberries 3. Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined 12cup muffin pan. Bake 22-26 mins or till golden brown, Cool slightly;remove from pan. 4. dip tops of muffins into 1/4c melted butter,then in sugar |
