RASPBERRY WALNUT VINAIGRETTE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Benson Estate in Canton, Texas in 1987. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon honey mustard |
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons walnut oil |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon |
Directions:
1. In bowl whisk together mustard, vinegar and salt then add oils in a small stream. 2. Whisk constantly until vinaigrette is emulsified then stir in tarragon. |
