From Reminisce Magazine Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
1 cup sugar |
2 egg yolks |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup finely chopped walnuts |
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. 2. Beat in egg yolks. 3. Gradually add flour and walnuts. 4. Pat half of the mixture into a greased 8 square baking pan. 5. Spread with jam. 6. Crumble remaining crust mixture over jam. 7. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned. 8. Cool on a wire rack. |
