This is a great vinegar...many uses...dressing, marinades etc. Ingredients:
3 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen) |
4 cups white wine vinegar |
1 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients ina saucepan; bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes. 3. Pour mixture through a wire mesh strainer, discarding pulp. 4. Pour into decorative bottles; cover. 5. Store in refrigerator. |
