Ingredients:
4 cups raspberries |
5 cups white vinegar |
Directions:
1. Combine raspberries and vinegar in a large stainless or enamel saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Boil gently for 15 minutes. 4. Meanwhile prepare jars. 5. Pour vinegar through 2 layers of wet cheesecloth. 6. Return vinegar to the saucepan and return to a boil. 7. Pour into clean hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space. 8. Process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes. |
