Low calorie salad dressing Ingredients:
1 tablespoon shallot, chopped |
3/4 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries |
1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, unsweetened |
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/8 teaspoon sea salt |
stevia or splenda sugar substitute, to taste |
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients in a food proccessor until smooth. 2. Refridgerate. 3. Makes 5 (1/4 cup) servings. |
