From Dinners for Two, this is from Horizons and Cottages in Paget West, Bermuda. Very easy. Ingredients:
5 -6 raspberries |
1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar |
5 tablespoons soy oil or 5 tablespoons safflower oil or 5 tablespoons walnut oil |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. In blender or a food processor, puree the raspberries until smooth. 2. Slowly add the vinegar, and then oil. Continue to blend until smooth. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
