I toast a few walnuts and put them in the food processor to make raspberry walnut vinaigrette for a change. Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 cup raspberry vinegar |
1/2 cup white sugar |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place in a jar with a lid and shake till sugar has dissolved. 2. Store in the fridge. |
