Rave-worthy raspberry dessert. Taken from Cooking Light 1999, 5-ingredient, 15-minute book. Ingredients:
1/2 loaf pound cake, fat-free, cubed |
3 (3 1/2oz) cartons vanilla pudding, fat-free |
1 1/2c raspberries |
Directions:
1. Place cubed pound cake in bottom of a 2 quart galss bowl or trifle dish. Top with pudding then raspberries. 2. Yield 6 servings: 152 calories; 1% from fat. |
