This simple no-cook dessert is always a winner. Whenever I serve it,people brag about my cooking. Ingredients:
6 ladyfingers,split |
1/4 c raspberry jam |
1/2 c vanilla yogurt |
1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
1 c fresh raspberries |
Directions:
1. Place 3 ladyfinger bottoms on each of 2 dessert plates;spread with jam. Replace ladyfinger tops. 2. Combine yogurt and vanilla;spoon over top. Sprinkle with raspberries. |
