This is my new favorite way to eat baby spinach. Enjoy! Ingredients:
handful baby spinach leaves |
1/4 c. fresh raspberries |
6-8 curls of shaved parmesan cheese |
1 to 1 1/2 tbs. chopped walnuts |
raspberry vinaigrette dressing (i like newman's own brand) |
Directions:
1. Layer spinach, raspberries, Parmesan and walnuts together and drizzle with vinaigrette. |
