Raspberry-Spinach Salad

A nice, delicious sounding salad I found online.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
1/3 cup olive oil
1 (8 ounce) bag baby spinach leaves, prewashed
3/4 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup fresh raspberry, washed
3 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
Directions:
1. To make the dressing, combine the vinegar and jam until blended, then slowly drizzle in the olive oil until well blended.
2. In a bowl toss the spinach, nuts, fruit, and dressing together.
3. Serve.
