Cooking Light. April 2003. You can use sparkling water in place of the champagne for a non-alcoholic version. Ingredients:
3 cups cranberry-raspberry juice, chilled |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
1 (1 liter) bottle brut champagne, chilled |
6 thin lime slices |
Directions:
1. Combine cran-raspberry juice and lime juice in a pitcher; stir well. 2. Pour 1/2 cup juice mixture into each of 6 champagne glasses; top with chilled champagne. 3. Garnish with lime slices. Serve immediately. |
