yummy basic muffins from Company's Coming recipe book Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
dash salt |
1/4 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 cup butter or margarine room temp |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 tsp vanilla |
1 cup coarse chopped rspberries |
Directions:
1. sift first 5 ingrdients in a bowl 2. make well in centrer 3. in another bowl, cream butter ans sugar 4. add eggs, 1 at a time 5. beat in sour cream and vanilla 6. add to well in dry mixture 7. add raspberries 8. stir all until moistened 9. fill 12 greased muffins tins 3/4 full 10. Bake 350F until tester comes out clean''cool in pan 5 mins and remove from pan to cool on rack |
