RASPBERRY SORBET This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Glass Estate in Midlothian, Texas in 1991. Ingredients:
1 pound fresh raspberries |
3/4 cup granulated sugar |
1 egg white |
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 small pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Blend or process raspberries until smooth. 2. Add remaining ingredients and blend for a few minutes until foamy. 3. Pour into small containers and freeze. |
