This is a cool refreshing beverage that is perfect after a workout. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) carton lemon low fat yogurt |
1 1/2 cups frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed |
1 1/2 cups raspberries |
5 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, whipped topping,raspberries, and ice cubes in container of an electric blender;cober and process until smooth. 2. yield 4 1 cup servings. |
