Can you have too many jello recipes? Ingredients:
3/4 c. water |
1 can crushed pineapple |
1 small package raspberry jello |
1 c. cottage cheese (i puree it in the blender before adding it in, i like the texture better) |
1 c. cool whip |
Directions:
1. Heat water and pineapple to boiling. Add Jello and dissolve. Place in refrigerator until a soft gel is formed. Blend cottage cheese (*see note)and Cool Whip into the jello mixture. |
