Raspberry Pink Lemonade Tropical Cocktail |

I threw this together after work today and it was fabulous! A fruity cocktail all its own... Ingredients:
2 tablespoons frozen pink lemonade concentrate |
1/4 cup water |
4 ounces raspberry low-fat yogurt |
3/4 ounce light rum |
3/4 ounce butterscotch schnapps |
1 cup ice |
2 tablespoons whipped cream (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and add ice until desired consistency is reached. 2. Pour into glass immediately and top with whip cream, if desired. |
