Ingredients:
3 (3-ounce) packages raspberry-flavored gelatin |
3 3/4 cups boiling water |
1 (15 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained |
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen raspberries, thawed and drained |
3 bananas, diced |
1 cup chopped pecans |
lettuce leaves (optional) |
mayonnaise (optional) |
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple to gelatin mixture, stirring well. Chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg white. 2. Combine next 3 ingredients; fold into gelatin. Pour into a lightly oiled 9-cup ring mold; chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce leaves, and garnish with a dollop of mayonnaise, if desired. |
