Ingredients:
1 graham cracker pie crust
2 1/2 cups frozen sweetened raspberries
1 1/4 ounces unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions:
1. drain thawed raspberries
2. heat 1 1/2 cups berry liquid
3. soften 1envolope gelatin in orange juice
4. dissolve in hot berry liquid
5. chill until thick and syrupy
6. whip cream
7. fold in raspberries and whipped cream pour into pie crust
8. chill overnight.
