From Smoothies and Summer Drinks. High in vitamin C, and very low in fat!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup egg substitute (all whites)
1/2 cup lemonade (chilled)
1 (6 ounce) container nonfat peach yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender on medium speed until smooth.
2. Garnish with raspberries and a lemon slice if desire.
