A raspberry vodka gelatin shot that is wonderful for parties! Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) package raspberry flavored jell-o® mix |
2 cups boiling water |
3/4 cup ice water |
1 1/4 cups raspberry vodka |
Directions:
1. Stir the gelatin into the boiling water until dissolved. Pour in the ice water and vodka; mix well. Pour into shot glasses or devices specifically made for 'Party Shots.' Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, until set.
