âI enjoy this smoothie with breakfast or as a quick afternoon pick-me-up,â says Stephanie Konopka of South Lyon, Michigan. âYou can substitute peaches for the raspberries if you wish.â Ingredients:
2/3 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt |
Directions:
1. In the large Personal Blender cup, combine all ingredients. Process according to the manufacturer's directions. Pour into a chilled glass; serve immediately. Yield: 1 serving. |
