1 cup nonfat vanilla soymilk |
1 medium banana, ripe |
1 cup frozen raspberries |
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate or 1/2 cup orange juice, with an ice cube |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. |
