I thought this sounded gross when I first heard about it, but it actually tastes pretty good! Ingredients:
2 cups green tomatoes, grated unpeeled |
2 cups sugar |
3 ounces raspberry jell-o gelatin |
Directions:
1. In a large pot, mix tomatoes and sugar. 2. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Add gelatin and stir well. 5. Seal in jars or in freezer. |
